XRAY 808 Customer Photos

Our latest customer photos come from James A. in Gilbert, AZ. James recently purchased an XRAY 808 from us and sent some photos back of his 1/8th scale off-road nitro buggy. We have already added them to the XRAY 808 customer photos at RC XRAY and our Flickr photo stream.

James sent us a lot of photos which is great. You can really see the detail with his pictures. He also sent a detailed description. In case you're wondering, Jim at WED is responsible for the custom paint job.

"I am still experimenting with set-ups for the 'Nitro Pit' here in Arizona. Right now my set up is a combo between stock and Rocco [Margiotta]'s set-up (from RC America). I used Rocco's shock set-up including shock mounting, and the 5 hole rear piston. Everything else on the car is stock set up right from the build manual. I have not yet tried it on the track yet, but I will Give you more info, after I run it.

I use an Airtronics M11 Radio, with the spectrum module, and receiver. My Servo's are both High Tech Titanium gears 5997.

I use Ofna Blue Truggy starter box, and I have 2 different engine pipe combo's.

I run The Ofna Hyper .21 8-port engine with the Ofna 086 pipe for practice runs, and to test set-ups.

For racing I use the O.S V-spec modified, with the Jammin JP-3 Pipe."
