We received another customer photo recently. This time it is from Ted S. from San Jose, CA. He sent us a picture of his XRAY M18T PRO on top of his 1/5th scale MCD truck. It definitely shows scale.
I've seen HPI's 1/5th scale Baja 5B but his MCD looks even bigger. Maybe it's because of the width of the truck. Take note of the Dark Soul Racing sponsorship both trucks share. Ted also told us what he put in his M18T PRO.
"I put the Castle Creations Mini Sidewinder in it with a 6800Kv brushless and have run it at the local 1/10 scale track. The only way to describe it is its like watching a squirrel on crack. Its so fast, I had to start turning all the expos down as well as actually slow the steering servo down. Its insanely fast, and thats only running a 2 cell lipo. I cannot imagine a 3 cell."
