Team XRAY Offers Lighter Aluminum Clutch Bell for NT1

It's been awhile since my last blog post. This week was crazy which is why I'm back dating this post. I also have a lot of news to catch up on which is another reason.

Team XRAY released a new option part for the XRAY NT1, their 1/10th scale on-road nitro touring car. The big benefit of this optional part is it is 56% lighter than the standard clutch bell (#338510) that comes with the factory NT1. Juraj Hudy and his team is big on reducing "rotating weight" on all of their XRAY RC cars.


In my dealer parts list I see XRAY already had an optional clutch bell (#338511) but it is made of HUDY steel. It's lighter than the standard clutch bell but it is heavier than this new aluminum clutch bell. I also noticed this new option part is so new it's not included in my dealer price list.
