Order Your XRAY T2'008 Now For Free Diff Upgrade

Team XRAY just doesn't disappoint when it comes to customer service. The factory is getting backed up on producing composite (plastic) parts for the XRAY T2'008. If these parts are not available, it will delay the delivery of T2'008 kits. Here's a statement from Team XRAY and how they plan to fix the situation.

"Due to unprecedented demands on the XRAY Moulding Department, the originally planned composite differential for the XRAY T2'008 will be delayed with no time schedule. XRAY will continue to include the aluminum differential in the kit as well as offer it as a spare part. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

Understanding?! You got to be kidding! Of course I'm going to be understanding since you are including the aluminum diff in new XRAY T2'008 kits for free. I'll spell it out for those that may not understand.

The composite ball differential set is what comes in all T2'008 kits. This part costs about $31.50 when you buy it separately. The aluminum ball differential set is an upgrade to the composite version and it costs $50.50. Now, keep in mind the US-spec T2'008 comes with two ball diffs. So if you buy the US-spec T2'008 you will get about $38 in free upgrade parts while the EU-spec gives you $19. Don't believe me? Check out page 11 in the XRAY T2'008 instruction manual.

If you plan on buying a XRAY T2'008, make sure your XRAY dealer orders it from their distributor. If they sell you one they have in stock, it may not have the free aluminum ball diffs.
